Ilegal signs

Dear Sign Expert,

If you are correct and they are campaign signs for Julie Ann Smith for Pickerington City Council then Lee Gray just wasted a bunch of money. They are illegal and in violation of state campaign laws which require your last name not your first. How many Julies are there in Pickerington? I know about the same number of Smiths running for office.

Not knowing where this location is, let me ask you how close it is to the city limits. The reason I ask is that thanks to the existing majority of the city government, I have been forced to take routes that keep me almost exclusively on township and county roads. I happen to know that there are others like me in their commute tactics. I think that it would be an effective campaign strategy for those seeking office to place their signs along roads that have to be traveled by city residents that aren?’t in the city. If I was running, I would have my signs all along the major ingress and egress roads to the city. Roads, which by the way, are still relatively free on the Pickerington snarl, if you are very careful about the days and times you travel them.
