Chris Smith's answer when posed, is he has no control of what occurs in Planning & Zoning. I suppose he doesn't realize he has the option to vote ''no'' instead of ''yes''. This man's voting record alone tells you his platform. The interesting question is who pulls his strings? If a sitting, voting member of the Planning & Zoning Board has no control - who does?
