Pat Shaver sets record straight

Ok, now I know that you are truly afraid of my husband winning. It is not enough to lie about him, t is now time to lie about me.Really gentlemen (and I do mean that loosely)it was bad enough to see that Lee Gray had to resort to commenting on beating me in a Central Committee Race TWO YEARS AGO! Lee, it sounded like ?“nanabobo, I beat a girl!?” How sad! I did not realize that I was that interesting. Here is the timeline on our family. David and I were married in 1985. 2/1992 Moved from Clintonville to Pickerington because of the schools.
6/1996 we decided to start my husband?’s law firm, and downsized and bought 164 West Church Street in Olde Pickeringotn. It is now rental property. We lived off of my modest income. 2001-husband?’s father died of Alzheimer?’sand this decorated veteran of three wars,left his son a sum of money that allowed us to move into a new Centex Home Feb/02 in Preston Trails Auditor?’s site www.co.fairfield.oh.us/AUDITOR/
Because of this financial inheritance, I was able to take off about 1 yr of work for the lst time in 30 years I was also a sub teacher within the Pickerington, Bloom Carroll and Berne Union SD. I received a long tern sub position with the Dept. MRDD in Lancaster?’s Forest Rose Early Childhood school. I taught mentally and physically handicapped preschool children. It was very rewarding. I count myself as very fortunate. But for the grace of God go I. Jan/03, I decided to get my real estate license. Honestly, I was bored and I wanted to understand this wacky development world. To date I have not sold one house. Have one of your realtor friends (and there are many)look it up on MLS. Honestly, my experience with real estate in Pickerington was quite a shock. I found that it was very hard to sell nearly new homes in developments where they were still building. I decided that I was not comfortable representing sellers of nearly new homes when we had such a market. The family I represented finally had to rent the house by Centex in Preston Trails because of the overdevelopment. That is the case with several other Centex homes in Preston Trails. This was after two other HER realtors tried to sell it. I still have my license and HER is my broker. My email IS pat.shaver@herrealtors.com,phone is 273-8737. My broker knows exactly my plans. You see I can look up the list price, closings and developers on MLS. I know exactly what is selling and by whom and by what real estate agent. I know exactly the kind of amount of commercial real estate that is being sold in this community. I know exactly the financial impact of this over development. Will I sell real estate in the future? Sure when I can and when it makes sense. I plan to just work with existing homes (good thing) I plan to just work with referrals, friends and family. April/03, I was hired by Chase in their Homeowners Assistance Dept. Ilove what I do. I help people keep their homes out of foreclosure. I deal with homes all over the country. Since over 70% of the sales in Pickerington were new homes last year, why would a moratorium benefit me? Why would it benefit David? Yes my husband has MI as a collection client. So?…?…?…?…?….? He also represents several other businesses and people within the community, so? That is what a community law firm does, idiots!! You guys are fishing. This kind of thing just tells me how desperate you are. Pretty soon you will say I was a belly dancer in the 60?’s or that I am a double agent in the war. This is so laughable. Really, you can do better than that. You know what they say when you don?’t have an argument, you resort to personal attacks. Get better material.

Pat, that you for clearing the air. I doubt anything you said will stop the attacks but it nice to hear from you regarding your 'associations'.

Dave's got my support and vote in November as well as the other candidates who have been trying to make a positive change in the community. Not those who have jumped into the race at the last moment with the help of Lee Gray.
