The last expansion of the plant for 8 million dollars was completed in 1999. So it lasted for four years. You figure the rest, the planning parameters figured 230 to 260 home builds per year, hasn't the city admitted being in the process of issuing 600 building permits for 2003? Throw the plan out the window, just like all the other ''plans'' |

what a mess
From the figures you've posted that last expansion was a tripling in size and it didn't make it for even ten years. Someone also told me that many of the new homes are on other sewer systems. Are all these people just growth nuts? By Will |
