Is the Police Station Leased?
I heard through a city source that the police station is on leased property. Is this true or is the entire building and land leased?
Seems no one can get a shred of truth until all the shredding is done.
If true, the city and all its residents are victims of another big lie perpetrated by the soon-to-be ex-city manager, Joyce Bushman, and local builders/developers. I say ?“another big lie?” because there is the existence of the big lie called a ?“sewer expansion?” which city councilman Doug Parker feels the residents of Pickerington actually want.
NEWS FLASH FOR MR. DOUG PARKER:
- You are NOT doing what your constituents desire. Please back off your insane idea of a necessary sewer expansion. We don?’t want it!!! You are not Fairfield county; you are not Canal Winchester. Don?’t worry about anything other than what city resident?’s want. I thought we made that clear Nov. 4th? My goodness, how can you sleep at night?!?
How much was that 'Randall Hughes' police levy anyway? I can still hear ol' Randy now... ''We haven't had a tax increase in 'X' many years. Our police department is in a cellar and $3.1M - $4.1M will do them nicely, except for the fact that it's swamp land and there will be no cellar, but one thing there will be is a costly redesign'' Where's Waldo and where's that $3.1M or $4.1M anyway...?
