Thanks for posting the the documents outlined in the previous posting. I don't know if you're legally permitted, but if so, it might be interesting to post the annual reports of a couple of the companies that are suing us. Or maybe just go and look at them on their website.
One of those company's 2002 annual report notes something like the following:

Suggested Addl Documents (SAD) I
Oops, hit the wrong button. Anyway, from their annual report (and I'm not sure I got all the numbers right, so you'd have to check this for yourself) :
* Seventh consecutive record profit
* Record gross and operating margins
* Record year end backlog
* $1 Billion in revenue
I've heard that same company's ads on the radio, and like other builders, they are ''comforting and uplifing, and they portray these companies as part of the community, and they 'sell' the schools''.
In their commercials, they skip the scenes where gaggles of lawyers sit around and decide the best strategy and venue in which to attack citizen's initiative aimed at limiting their profits. These companies will seek to downplay this perception throughout their legal efforts.
I would not let them just get away with that, not given the facts above. I think they deserve to have this accurately perceived by the public. They are not suing a corporate or governmental entity, they are suing the people of Pickerington. They might as well have named the PLSD as a defendent, because that's who they are most prepared to harm to continue to boost their already record profits and margins. This is a ''billion dollar corporation'' suing my pre-schooler over what's left of his chance for a good education here. And those reord margins...I wonder if that's because many of the really big expenses associated with building in an area can be deferred until after the builder is gone.
Every one of those companies ought to have to live with that perception every day for as long as they persist in suing us, and only the people of the city can carry the message.

Thanks
Gary,
We will look into this. We are limited on PDF space but are looking to expand the space available, but must consider the cost. Since this company is public, maybe a web link to their annual report could provide info. If you find it post it, I will look too, but I can't get to it right away.
Thanks for the good suggestion.

judicial campaign contributors
Might be informative to also do a public information request of the Franklin Councy Board of Elections for the past campaign contributors of the judge that is hearing the developers law suit.
