I was told this morning that Joyce Bushman took her remaining vacation time immediately and turned in her resignation. Is this true? The person who told me SHOULD be in a position to know whether this is fact or not, but.... anyone out there here anything to this effect?

Going away party?

If she's gone, we really deserve to throw her a going away party. That's one party I've been looking forward to for quite a while! So now I have a choice to make - should I invite her to the party?

On a more serious note, is anyone watching to make sure she's not stealing or shredding documents? This is a real concern, because I'm sure she doesn't want to go to jail for her shady land speculation deals while in office, with Former-Mayor Lee Gray's permission.

Maybe we could hold a jailhouse party for the two of them! It would be pot-luck of course, so think about what you want to bring.
