Chris Smith doesn't have anything to stand on other than to place his signs next to the ''Vote for Change'' candidates. He wants to be just like Shaver, Riggs, Hackworth, and Wisniewski. What a sorry bunch Lee Gray has come up with this time.

At least Parker tried to make the argument last election that by passing ordinances by emergency was actually efficient workings of the City Government. Chris Smith is just restored to lying about his intentions once in office.

Do we want people like that in office?
