A CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT to rezone large tracks of land for a high-density subdivisions, deteriorate the quality of life for all area residents, outstrip municipal services and reap the highest profit possible. Sound silly? Click on?…

The disgusting part of all this is that large landowners and homebuilders believe that they have a constitutional right to do whatever they want to do, no matter what the MAJORITY of the population says. If that were the case, there would be no need for zoning committees or even city council for that matter. Good grief ! The greed driven homebuilders with their insatiable appetite for their ?“ALL_MIGHTY_DOLLAR?” would be the first ones to scream ?“bloody murder?” and file, you guessed it, a lawsuit if a landowner were to arbitrarily build a stinking landfill next to their recently approved planned unit development.
But this is America and this is where we are in America. If you don?’t like something, file a lawsuit to protect your rights! Greed has driven Mr. Fannin, the BIA and the rest of the profiteers to do evil. The love of money is the root of all evil. You would figure after 300 homes in Pickerington, William Fannin Builders would be willing to give a little something back. Nope. Not in today?’s America. They won?’t even wait 1 year to allow the city to assess their development plans. LAWSUIT! I need my money and I need it right NOW!!! Isn?’t that why they call it speculation? No, not speculation ?– we?’re talking a businessman?’s RIGHT TO PROFIT AT THE EXPENSE OF OTHERS.
The lawsuit against the city is not against the city administration. It is against each and every resident of Pickerington. The BIA is suing YOU! Dominion, M/I, Rockford, Mironda ?– they are all taking legal action against YOU! They don?’t want YOU to have a say in what your community will look like in 10-12 years. They know what is good for YOU! And they, of course, will drive right by YOU as they head to their Dublin or Bexley neighborhoods. Note: Those two communities have even more rigid development standards than Pickerington, but?… that?’s not where they make their little god. Shame on those gluttonous, money-drunk materialist homebuilders and their BIA!
To put an end to this evil endeavor by the BIA, William Fannin, Dominion, M/I, Mironda and the rest of the ravenous carpetbaggers, simply stop the sewer expansion dead in it?’s tracks. Stop work on the expansion, pay the contractor his due profit, take it offline, and don?’t fund the personnel to run the facility, whatever. If the city does not have the capacity to issue permits, no court in America will force that municipality to supply water it doesn?’t have.
Shame on you greedy homebuilders for doing the wrong thing by suing decent law-abiding citizens who just want a decent place to live for themselves and their families. You money worshipping homebuilders couldn?’t even give the fair city of Pickerington one (1) measly year to catch their breath.
