Is there a maximum amount that the city can charge for a building permit? It seems from reading this board that stopping the sewer plant expansion may not curtail building since fairfiled county & canal winchester have the ability and incentive to provide services, however a hefty (say $200,000) price tag on the building permits may steer some builders away.
