I've heard that the Bus Depot will be publicly bid and the only way Berry and Miller would get it was if they were the low bidder.

Also know there is room for a school & Bus Depot up at North. The down side of putting an elementary school at that site is you have no walkers so transportation costs are higher for that location - you have to totally bus 5 grades to and from school.

He is close to Betty Montgomery and thus close to Fox.

He also competed for the contract to build a bus repared building for Peterman. He didn't have the pull to swing it within the city.

The old developers know we know their names. Well Jeff Fox is bringing in new names to fool you all.
