I would like to comment on the recent attack on our police department by councilman Michael Sabatino. I think that questioning the integrity of our fine lads and ladies is simply abhorrent. On what grounds do you make the accusations you do? Politics? Of course. It is my recollection that this is now the third unsubstantiated allegation you have made against the department. On both previous occasions your charges were found to be without merit. Yet you still attack our men in blue. I seem to recall you made references to needing to hire more officers during the budget preparation last year. Why, so you have more people to insult, attack and degrade?
I received one of your campaign flyers at the last parade. HOW DARE YOU pose in front of the statue at our police department. I personally worked hard on helping get that statue and now you have rendered it meaningless and soiled the intent. Michael, you are so transparent in your motives that you make me wretch.
How can you feel at all good about yourself after what you have done? How can you show your face in public and claim to represent anyone but yourself? You are nothing more than a tyrant with a severe Napoleon Syndrome. Get professional help Michael. Get help before it?’s too late.
Over the past couple of years I somewhat agreed on some of the things you said in the papers. I thought you made some points in looking out for the little guy. Now I see you?’re nothing more than a little man yourself. You disgust me.
Michael, my husband and I are voting against you and your partners Wright and Fix. I had been somewhat undecided but you made my decision easy by your disgusting actions. I am not a big Shaver fan but I will support and vote for O?’Brien, Smith, Kramer and Hammond. I will vote for them for one simple reason ?– THEY ARE NOT YOU!
Tell your partners Wright and Fix that if they wish to be seriously considered for election, that they disavow you. I personally know Fix and know he is a person of low character. He will go down in flames on his own during the election, but Wright sealed his fate when he agreed to run with you.
