Perhaps it?’s time for the press to read the Council packet PRIOR to the meeting?
Would a more informed story results? ?….. by that I mean more content than the comments of the under prepared.

I see some potential in this budget..
?… $900K from impact fees --- offsetting the legal costs of getting out from under the BIA?…. Isn?’t that almost a break even 1st year payback? Wouldn?’t following years give the potential for debt reduction once the burdens of prior deals to developers are handled?
Too bad the Township is slow to understand the concept of shifting the costs from the existing tax base to those creating the debt.
I, for one, have had enough of subsidizing the builders. It?’s time their lust to overbuild our community passed the debt where it belongs.
As to the PLSD, are you guys & gals watching? You could do a thing or two in LEARNING that $900K in impact fees could put your constant funding needs into doable range for all of us, city, township, and others?…..
Or, of course, maybe the 4th time is a charm ?….. (not likely)!
