Have you read the latest notice sent out to BVA#5? In it is a letter from Ralph Staub. It states:
Big Baywood (2 streets) have a citrus rat problem; it's worse than ever before/We have none

Big Baywood (looks trashy) cars parked on front lawns, trucks parked on streets, cars on cinder blocks, boats on barrels./What a difference!

He goes on to state that there is more reported crime in Big Baywood. I am so glad that the two associations are so fond of one another..........

i read the same news letter and was discussted as i have been with every news letter for the past year. the two baywoods are not separate communities even though the associations are separate. this seemed like a good community until a couple of years ago when a few yuppies moved to the area and wanted to change things. i know one of them is a realtor (charlie primm). i can't imagine a realtor wanting to buy cheap and then dredge the canal, raise the bridge, make his community (baywood 5) gated and then possibly sell high. if any one doesn't recognize sarcasm, that was it. just mind your own business, if you have a problem with your!! neighbor!! then talk to them!
