The problem with the Criminal youngsters continues to plague Northway Ave residents. The gang of young people that hang out at the Jack-n-the-Box at Northway Ave and Grant Rd and sell druigs and do drugs have now started to attempt breaking in to cars of students of PMI and have been causing property damage thoughout the Palo Verde neighborhood. I was assulted by one of these horrible teens right in my own drive way. TPD finally showed up after 2 hours and took a report and left. Ok now theses teens have started to throw rocks at passing cars and my own cars as well. I called TPD again a total of 3 times in the past 3 days and these teens are still hanging out and commiting crimes. I dont understand why even with evidence these teens are allowed to menace our Neighborhood. I feel I have no recourse and absolutely no Help we even had one of these teens exposing himself on the street in front of my house during the day and still no Help from TPD. Whats really got to happen? does some one need to be attacked on the street to get some help? These teens are Dangerous and have no parental supervision of any kind. So Beware of these menacing teens TPD will not help you.
