Park Place Civic Association

I see so many neighbors leaving the large green trash cans and yard waster cans out in the open. From my front door, I have to daily look at a total of 5 various garbage cans. My deed restrictions state that trash cans must be kept out of sight. I think this destroys the look of the front of houses, and therefore curb appeal. I believe some people who don't concel their trash cans feel the same way, because they locate them in such a way that they do not usually see them, but others must. I am interested in bringing this up at a P.P.C.A. meeting as soon as one is scheduled. I am eager to start the process of compliance to Deed Restrictions. I appreciate any input.
