I talked to Maryellen O?’Shaughnessy?’s office on Monday. The light/widening of the Tussing/Hines intersection is scheduled to begin later this month or in April. The present delay is with an AEP utility pole that has to be moved. It is scheduled to be moved mid April, but Maryellen?’s office is trying to get that advanced.
I also called the Engineering Construction Division, which confirmed the same issue, they are ready to move once the AEP pole is moved.
If anyone knows how to advance this issue let me know. I?’m sure that Maryellen?’s office is pressuring them to get it moved, but I think some neighborhood action would also be good.
