What steps have been taken to identify the perpetrator(s)? Have there been any leads? What was the final toll in terms of the number of tires slashed and owners involved? Any information available would be appreciated.

Tire Slashing Incident
As you may know, there was a tire slashing incident within the subdivision. Based on that incident, the Board of the Homeowners Association offered a $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the perpetrator(s). Information came in from a confidential source who offered to pay for the damage. There were certain conditions placed on that offer, and we provided that information to the community. Individuals can contact our Security Coordinator, Dick Moore, at 392-2626 to obtain the name and phone number of the attorney for the confidential party who has come forward offering to pay for the damage. There is a strong suspician that at least one or more of the perpetrators of the incident are residents of Park Timbers. |
