parkhill court neighbor for neighbor assoc(phcna) is a new york based youth oriented not for profit organization.our mission is to become a path by which low to moderate inner city youth can become productive members of society.phcna has mostly been active in the summer months but as we grow and expand our reach we will begin to operate year round.

NEXT YEAR

phcna is currently engaged in planning our 2004 blockparty for sometime in august.we are also in the initial stages of planning a multicultural youth pride parade for mid 2005.
