Is there any regulations about parking for our subdivision.  I live on Lake Dr and 90% of the time I have either a neighbor or a friend of a neighbor parked in front of my house.  The car currently there has been parked for 3 days in the wrong direction almost 2 feet off the curb.  I  don't understand why people cannot clean out there garages for extra parking.  It looks bad to have cars lining the streets all the time.  Also it concerns my wife when she comes home from a safety standpoint.  Is there anything we can do to alleviate this nuisance?
