Someone please send me a link to the written parking regulations for Carriage Park.

My car was recently towed because both tires "weren't on the concrete" and I had no idea there was such a rule as I'm new to the area. I would like to see this in writing but I can't find a link to the neighborhood association rules.  I called the tow place and they said this is an association rule.
