Financial Data

Wouldn't it be nice to see the budget and expenses listed somewhere on our Neighborhood page?
Security Issue

I know it would be nice to have a place where the financial information would be available for homeowners to review. However, for security purposes, I would be concerned with posting it on a public site.

Financial Data

Since anyone looking to buy a unit in here can have this information. Also, don't realtor's try to find this out as a point of selling a unit (Lanette this would be your area of expertise). It would be nice to see how the money is being spent on a monthly basis also. Just think it would be a great way to communicate!
Financial Data for Buyers

Buyers are entitled to certain information provided for in form 22D (Additional Clauses) in the Purchase and Sale Agreement, AFTER mutual acceptance is achieved. This information includes: Association Rules & Regulations, Association Meeting Minutes from the Past 2 Years (This refers to the Annual Meetings), Board Meeting Minutes from the Past 6 Months, and the Association Financial Statements from the Past 2 Years.

Sorry Dana, but I have to disagree with you on this. I still think our public neighborhood website is not the place to be posting our financial information for the association.
