So my wife and I are new to Kuna. We recently bought a home here and have been happy for the most part.  Both of us grew up in Meridian and Boise so we know the area pretty well. However, I have been shocked, and a little perplexed by the nose levels we have in our neighborhood. We have people who blare their music out of their massive stereo in their garage all day shacking our house across the street 2 houses down. In Meridian, and Boise all my life I have never seen this as a problem. But here it seems acceptable?

I want do something about it, but I am not sure of the laws or what I have on my side? Is there a daytime noise ordinance here? I don't mind music, I love music, but why what they are do is flat out obnoxious. Not to mention the language in the music I feel like for the neighborhood kids is not really something that should be accepted.

What can I do?
