Parkview Homeowners Association of DeBary, Inc

Since moving into the subdivision in Jan. I've noticed that a lot of people have to park their vehicles outside of their garages, due to the fact that the garage is full of things like lawn mowers and such. I am one of those people myself. We really need to amend the rules to allow sheds. The only way we can do this is to show our voice at the Jan. Assoc. meeting please show up and let's all amend this awful rule. Personally I'm against rusted out metal sheds but would like to put a nice ''shingle roofed'' (small) shed in my back yard to put all my junk in it and finally be able to park my second car in my ''two'' car garage.

Approving Sheds

The Board of Directors have actually discussed this matter. We have several recommendations to present to the members. It must be voted on by the members so I am glad to see that you are trying to remind everyone to attend the annual meeting. In the past there has been a very poor turnout. Please continue to tell everyone you see to attend. More details will follow on the time and place. It will be in January 2006...
