The futile attempt to change the CC&Rs was a failure and a waste of money in every respect. The few ballots recieved were not even counted so we did not even get a base-line number for our wasted dollars. How much did it cost??? I have heard several versions up to "over $ 20,000.00 ! Show me any association of our size in Northern California that has recinded and replaced their CC&Rs . I have been asking that question for 3 years. All you will accomplish is add confusion. I think it is about time ti do away with all services and personel except the front lawn contract and lease out the stone house . That way the unpaid board will have control . Last nights "meeting" where nothing of monetary substance was discussed was a total waste of time. My question as to where staff gets their authority to decide on which of our 1206 homes needs exterior attention was ignored again.
