Dues are used to promote programs that will help PENNA accomplish its goals. They are also used to promote scholarships for youth in our community, promote pride in our home and community, reduce and eliminate crimes, and to pay for special neighborhood events. There are also filing fees for state and federal entities so the Association can operate as a non-profit. In addition, they are used to inform all residents (via flyers and newsletter) on the matters of concern to residents of Parkway Estates North.
