No Need to ''Be in the Dark''

Several members of Parkwood have mentioned they do not know anything that is going on in Parkwood. Some of the things which ARE would not make for publishing, like at this web site, but neverthless are important to inform us about.

Example: There is an incident of vandalism or a dog attack or drunken driver incident - all three have occurred in Parkwood - and it might be wise to let everyone know right when such a problem arises, to take precautions, to be more on guard, etc.

Propose: Those members/residents who are wishing to ''Be in the Know'' much more so than in the past, could email me via this web site to join the ''News Broadcast'' emails (sent blind carbon copy) whenever something comes up which would be important for us to become aware of in a timely manner.

Just need your email information (name and email address) sent to Neighborhood Contacts (Mike McCormack) with subject ''Be in the Know.''

Also need for anyone to help determine what should be the CRITERIA of something that might arise that warrants sending out a broadcast email. It would be better to define this CRITERIA to remove any complaints about choices.......

It can become a new ERA in Parkwood where we can KNOW what is going on, for the many members of the HOA BOD over the years I have heard time and time again ''we can't make public ...this or that...'' as it may affect property values. I say some we do not have to publish/make public to ALL what are some of these incidents, experiences, or problems - just to US who live here and WHAT to be in the know......

Need your ideas and comments here.....
Make it happen.....
