What a great way to communicate.
I am writing to inform you that a group of individuals are planning a celebration in honor of Michael Bryant at Robinson Park on March 11, 2000. The plan calls for music, games and sport. This event is being advertised as a family event, and your participation is requested.
Michael Bryant died while in the custody of L.A. P. D. several years ago and was a local barber who gave back to the community. While I don't anticipate any problems, I have met with Pasadena P.D. to solicit their involvement and participation and I look forward to a very successful day of fun activities in remembrance of Michael.
As the administrator of the City's division that supervise Robinson Park, I hope to use this method as well as joining you during your meetings to communicate programs/activities involvement Robinson Park and JRC. I may be reached at (626)744-4724.
