Time to serious consider shelter

Arthur, you make a series of good points. Now is the time for city groups to unite, which I know everyone eventually will, to seriously investigate the probability of building a multi-purpose homeless shelter somewhere in Pawtucket. The shelter will be for those ''invisible people'' who cannot control their emotions and end up being victims of their behavior.
Shootings in same neighborhood

Dear friends,

Are not the majority of Pawtucket Police shootings happening in Pleasant View, off Broadway? Has anybody from the Pawtucket Police Department attempted to contemplate why this neighborhood seems so violent? Maybe the city and neighbors need time for an honest,no stress, police-neighborhood summit to alleviate fears. What do you think neighbors?
