Not shocked at great PR for Arts

I would love to see an arts festival happen in Pawtucket in the late spring as well as the fall. It would keep the artists of Pawtucket in business for most of the year. Nice job on the profile artist articles in the Pawtucket Times, the Slater Trader, and other publications.
