BTW the magazine hawkers are back in Oakhill.  Yesterday a well dressed young man knocked at a neighbors' door asking

 Turns out I would "vote" by buying magazines.  He was from Gulfport, MS and not the most coherent of men so I never really understood who was paying him.  I assume his handler was somewhere around the neighborhood.""
