Ralph Mollis, left, presents Shea Director of Applied Learning Michael Connolly with the National Association of Secretaries of State 2010 Medallion for his leadership in launching a statewide mock election initiative that involved nearly 25 percent of the state's public high schools and for the work that he’s done over the last couple of years with Shea's Government and Public Administration Academy.
