The Pembrooke HOA met on Jan. 23 for its annual meeting to review the upcoming budget and elect Board members. Only 6 homeowners attended the meeting (not counting the existing Board members). However, 62 homeowners were represented at the meeting because they either mailed in their proxy vote or gave their proxy to someone to take to the meeting.
The 2013 HOA Board members are:
John Anderson, President (re-elected);
Trisha Eckoff, Vice President (re-elected);
Al Delio, Treasurer (re-elected);
Danny Rodriguez, Secretary (returns to the Board)
Jim McIlrath, member at large (re-elected).

At the meeting Officer Larry S. who patrols our neighborhood spoke about recent crime in our neighborhood (very little) and what we should do to prevent ourselves from becoming a target.
