If anyone is reading this, would someone e-mail me at ALopez2827@gmail.com to let me know who is the current property manager for Pembrooke Homeowners' Association. The website for the HOA shows outdated information as Mr. Al Delio and Premier Community Mananagers, Inc., but Premier informs me they are no longer property managers for the HOA. I found on my own a company called EPM services, but they are unreachable by phone (have a message saying "your call cannot be completed").
