Does anyone know how to get another set of mail keys? Do we start at the post office or  HOA? We only received one key when we bought in 2008 and just lost the only one :(

Yes, go to the post office and ask for a lock change it will cost around $35 for this you will have to show you are currently residing there but your Driver's License should be enough since you have resided there previously.  It could take up to two weeks before you actually get the new keys but you can have your mail held at post office and pick it up there until you get your new keys.
