1. Inspect your sidewalks for cracks, crumbling, sinking. Report it to Aurora Access (303) 739-7000. The street department wil inspect and if replacement is needed you will be placed on a waiting list. There is no cost to homeowners as it it part of our taxes. The wait list is long. Call Now.
2. Visit the bright royal blue house on the second cul de sac on Evans which may convince you we really do need a strong HOA.
3. Review the Peoria Park Covenants and see if you are in compliance!
