Pepper Ridge Neighbors

Does the HOA even use this website?
How are the residents suppose to get information? I haven't received a newsletter in months. When are the meetings? Who are the board members?
If you ask me, this HOA is one of the laziest. Do they assist the residents at all? I'd like to think I'm paying for more then the ''common grounds'' and the ''pools''.
If there is someone else out there (that have jumped into the 21st century), please respond.
