Sheds are required to be no more than 8 feet high, and are not allowed to have a floor area larger than 65 square feet. Additionally sheds are required to be painted the same colors as your house or town home, with the body of the shed painted the color of your siding, and the trim of the shed painted the color of your shutters.

§ Olde English door and shutters with Alcoa Almond trim (blue spruce door and shutters in matching color). Siding for this house is: Alco Liberty Elite Vinyl in Almond.

§ Market Square Green door and Caper Green shutters with Alcoa Almond trim (dark green door with light green shutters color). Siding for this house is: Alcoa Liberty Elite Vinyl in Sage.

§ Row House Red door and shutters with Alcoa Almond trim (red door and shutters in matching color). Siding for this house is: Alcoa Liberty Elite Vinyl in Sandtone.

Also, if you need to match your shed colors to the siding in Perch Creek, siding samples are available for computer paint matching at the local building supply stores.
