Hi Ms. Crossland,
 
Thank you for that update.  Can you give me a brief synopsis of what is going on at Springdale Road and why it is a repeated problem?  I think the neighbors really want to know how soon the metal plate will disappear because it disturbs everyone along that stretch with the noise from vehicles going over it...kind of makes it hard to sleep.

I have attached the following update for your review regarding the ongoing street leak at the Springdale Road location  

Resolution:

This complaint will be referred to the Department of Water's office of Load Control ( Emergency Services) (404) 658-7220 this procedure will insure that I contact all concerned parties regarding this request for service.

Once I receive an update from their office regarding the progression of work scheduled to be completed at this site- I  will update the file management system accordingly...

NNb received from NPU X the following: water running from metal plate on springdale Rd (going south) past Jefferson Ave. Everytime the watershed crew reparis this spot , the leak gets worse.
