I have been home during the day for about two weeks now and have realized that the noise in the neighborhood, especially the dog barking is unimaginable. It starts up around 7:00 am and does not let up until about 5:00pm. It is constant and I am wondering what, if anything, these dogs have to bark at all day long? Does anyone have any answeres?
