In the community The Highlands at Woodlake we have a problem with cats on Still Hollow Drive.  Cats using other peoples houses as bathrooms, scratching up cars parked in drive way.  My Question is, Why do you have pets if you're not going to take car of them?  I'm so close to calling animal control to take those cats away, I don't care who they belong to, if you don't want them taken away, put them in your house, keep them out of other peoples property!!!!
