i live in the neighborhood and now both of my cats are missing since feb 15 and feb 16. if someone is taking in neighborhood cats or is feeding them please let me know if you have seen my babies! One of them is a siamese mix with pale blue eyes and med/long hair. the other is black med/long hair with a white patch of fur on his belly between his legs. both males. jaclynds84@hotmail.com

There is a wonderful organization called Carol's Ferals (carolsferals.or) They provide assistance with TNR spay/neuter, providing traps, carriers and low/no cost sterilization. 

They do not eliminate the colony, but help you control it, making sure no new kitten are born.
