She has a brown and lime/neon green collar with a multi colored bone tag that says her name.

 I have a Poodle that I love dearly and I do not know what I would do if she would get lost. Many times, I see dogs and cats just wandering about and I don't know whether they are from the neighborhood or they are lost.

Just a suggestion: I think you will get more of a response if you clearly state the name of your Neighborhood and the name of the town where you live.
