The upper portion of the Cross Cut Canal Park that runs to the west of 48th Street will be held in the park at Earl and 48th Streets on October 5th, 2002, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Everyone in the neighborhood is invited to attend this City of Phoenix Parks and Recreation Department event.
