Letters
As explained in the meetings when another neighbor brought up this issue, the board does not write the letters, the management company does. Another concerned neighbor stated that maybe the board could review the letters. I would suggest that you attend the meetings and voice your opinion to the board. Maybe if enough neighbors bring it up, something will be done about it.

They are doing thier job.
When we all bought houses in the community we all signed the CC&R's saying that we would follow them. Now we need someone to make sure people follow these rules, therefore we have an Association Board. So really they are doing the job that we requested them to do. So instead of getting mad at the Board for following the CC&R's you signed, you should request changes to those same CC&R's.
Doing a bunch of yelling at the board is not going to get anywhere. It's the CC&R's that need reviewing and fixing not the board!

Next Meeting
I agree that everyone should attend the meetings. FYI - Next meeting is on Monday, May 8th (not April 8th as in previous reply) at the Southeast Regional Library on Greenfield & Guadalupe at 7:00 pm. The more homeowners in attendance the better!!

Rude Neighbors
I for one am not pleased with all the board does. I think the board should allow input from the residents. However, I also think this should be done in a orderly manner. It seems we have some that attend meetings just to make a nuisance of themselves. One individual keeps interrupting. The board cannot finish the business at hand, much less hear other neighbors concerns. This person seems to think the meetings are called just for him. All that want to speak should be given the time to do so. I do not think it should be limited to a few seconds. But no one person should waste the time of their neighbors, speaking of nothing. When the meeting are over no one knows what this person wants. Give us all a break and stay home.
