I would like a copy of the CC&R's. As I have been renting at this home for 8+yrs and my daughter has had her own car since 2016 and parking on the street (my husband and I have 2 trucks in the drive and no room in the garage ,as I rehab furniture.)

but NOW we get a violation on her car parked IN FRONT of my home at noon!

she works so its not always there...sometimes she spends the night at friends house so her car isnt ALWAYS there at night either....why is that so horrible? i guaruntee you it DOES NOT impact your value and as a Realtor myself of 19yrs, I have NEVER had a buyer say "eww they have a car parked in front of their home, i dont want to be their neighbor" ...that is a BS line/excuse to FINE people for no reason!
