carts are a blight

Posted in: Westown Watch
There is a house on the end of the cul da sack on Wood dr. between 31st and 33rd that always has multiple grocery carts in the front yard. Sometimes they are standing up, sometimes they are laying down, but they are always unattractive to the neighborhood. I wish they would leave them at the store. I think its bad enough that they have an open garage set up as a living room for the whole neighborhood to see.
