This e-mail is to let the board know that YES a water feature would be a wonderful face lift to the phase I community! It would be perfect at the entrance at 67th and utopia!!! Please vote YES! It would really make the neighborhood fit in more with all of the upscale retail and resturants we are getting in the area! Our family and neighbors would be willing to pay a little more HOA fees for a better looking community! Thank you!
