Hi west wind watchers this is my frist time adressing the westwind watchers. Sorry to say my self and some of our local neighbors have a concern with a house on 8454 w. montecito. the issue is junk on front yard, junk in backyard and
junk on outside of their fence.And a potential fire hazard,and Safety Hazard for the neighbor hood childern since 85 ave is a school bus pick up. How can you help fight this blight? Any ideas will be greatly apprecited. Mrs. v. Rubio
