Discover Downtown Charles Town is a nonprofit organization that is part of the West Virginia ONTRAC program, a precursor program devoloped to train organizations on how to become a West Virginia Main Street. Our mission is to preserve, promote and enhance the physical, social, cultural and economic vitality of Charles Town’s historic downtown center with an unwavering commitment to its growth and sustainability.

Guardrail

I understand and appriciate the work that went into the new guardrail but boy, that is one uuugggglyy guardrail and if that was my house I beleive I would be a little upset. more

HOA Lawnmower / Lo

I was just recently informed that a riding lawn mower was purchase and our President is not allowing the homeowners to use it. He has been riding it around like a cowboy moving lots near his street.... more
